HOW TO GET TO MARION

We apologize in advance, our location is not the easiest to get to.  That being said, we have some suggestions below.

DRIVING

If you’re down for a little roadtrip, Marion is about a 3 hour drive from Durham and about a 5 hour drive from many parts of Ohio.  It is roughly 10 hours from either Chicago or New York.

The two closest airports are:

  • Tri-Cities airport in Blountville, Tennessee.  This airport is a one hour drive away from Marion, and is serviced by American, Delta and Allegient but it has very few direct flights.

  • Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport in Virginia.  This airport is a little under two hours driving away from Marion, but offers direct flights to and from Chicago, New York, and other cities.

Renting a Car from Tri-Cities or Roanoke:

Once you arrive in Blountville or Roanoke you will need to rent a car at the airport to get to Marion.  If nobody in your party drives, please let us know ASAP so we can put you in contact with another guest with whom you can carpool.
